Regardless of the reason, shopping near downtown Tacoma offers something for just about anyone. Start your shopping day down near University of Washington and the Union Station Historic District. Here, from 21st through 17th you're going to find quaint neighborhoods and great shopping. Known primarily for it's dramatic bluff that looks over Commencement Bay, it is also a hot bed of architectural wonderlands. Have lunch in one of the quaint and cozy pubs or a trendy restaurant.
